INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING SPEAKERS
Contact: Initial contact and confirmation is best made by phone or email.
Forms: All forms used in confirming Speakers can be ordered from Stonecroft or downloaded. If the Speaker will be doing a circuit, please send a copy of this form to the Chairs of the circuit groups.
Send: One month prior to the Outreach Meeting, the Speaker should be sent:
…A completed To Our Guest Speaker form
…A Hospitality form
…An invitation to your Outreach Meeting
…A map with clear directions, noting any road names or changes, detours, landmarks, etc.
Speaker Expenses: Speakers should be told the amount of the remuneration when contacted to speak for your group. All higher cost considered, the remuneration begins with $50 to a prayerful cap to cover expenses. Some speakers will mention NO remuneration is required.
